Cancellation and No Shows

All deposits are strictly Non-Refundable.

To cancel you must email and let us know, please do not DM, messages on social media are not regularly monitored.

Clients who no show their appointment without contacting will forfeit the deposit paid and will not be invited back.
Rescheduling

Clients are required to give a minimum of 72 hours' notice to reschedule all bookings, the deposit paid can then be used for the rescheduled appointments date.

Because we reserve a special time for you there is a limit of 3 changes on all appointment no exceptions.

Late rescheduling often means that we can't make any income in that time frame, please respect our time as we do yours.
Policy

Rudeness or Harassment of staff is not tolerated and will result in an immediate banning of the studio and future bookings.

We hold no liability to upkeep future services available to the clients.
